Through “The WordPress Planet” online store, you can purchase licenses. A unique license key will accompany every item you purchase, and each item will be sold under a specific license.
In addition to offering updates on its products, “The WordPress Planet” may also send you alerts about new products. You can implement these updates by updating the files and database on your server at your discretion.
Each customer is provided with a license key, which unlocks a number of benefits, including automatic updates, support from our developers, and extra resources for our products. PAYMENTS
“The WordPress Planet” charges the specified fees for all the services and products it offers. If you purchase a subscription, the billing shall be made through a recurring subscription and payment shall be made via different available payment methods.
“The WordPress Planet” may determine or update the pricing for particular products and services from time to time.
Every “The WordPress Planet” product is sold as an automatic, recurring subscription that renews every year on the anniversary of the purchase date. All paid products, unless otherwise stated, do not require renewals, including lifetime licenses, unless otherwise stated.
Unless the purchaser cancels the subscription before the automatic renewal date, a recurring license will renew automatically at the end of the license term.
Subscription details for “The WordPress Planet” licenses are as follows:
- On the anniversary of the original purchase, subscription renewals are automatically processed. Unless canceled prior to the renewal date, the license renewal will continue every year (1 year).
- We make it easy for you to cancel your subscription at any time. The product and service will no longer be supported and updated after your license expires if you cancel your subscription.
- If the license is renewed within the renewal period, one may be able to take advantage of a renewal discount. Renewal prices may be based on the full product price, exclusive of any discounts, as published at that time. In such cases, “The WordPress Planet” maintains complete control over the cost and discount management.
- You will be charged the current listed price for the extended license (at that time) if you decide to renew your subscription after it is canceled and your extension license has expired. Your new renewal purchase cannot be applied to older pricing.
- We provide lifetime updates and premium support to subscribers who renew their subscriptions on time. The ability to update and use premium support will be lost if you do not renew.
LICENSE TYPES
According to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Company grants you a limited, non-exclusive and non-transferable license to receive upgrades and support for your own use on as many websites as you have purchased, owned, or controlled website installation licenses, subject to the terms and conditions set forth herein.
This website provides WordPress plugins, themes, and their source code for download under the GNU General Public License (http://www.gnu.org/licenses/gpl.html).
“The WordPress Planet” and third parties own all content, imagery, and media found on Company’s websites, including digital goods. All rights are reserved.You should be aware that all license keys provided for the Digital Goods are confidential. Licensor must be notified immediately if confidentiality is violated. A public disclosure of the license key may result in termination of the Agreement by the Company.
Subscriptions can be canceled at any time or auto-renewal can be turned off.
You can request a refund within 30 days of your purchase. It is entirely dependent on the payment gateway used to determine the total reimbursement to your account.

Compatibility & Updates
On our website, we always test and update all WordPress plugins and themes to ensure that they are compatible with the latest version of WordPress. Themes and plugins released by “The WordPress Planet” may not be compatible with older versions of WordPress, or older versions of our themes may not be compatible with the most recent WordPress version.
Any product or license type may be discontinued or modified by “The WordPress Planet” without warning. It is the Company’s discretion to change the prices and renewal discounts of any product, unless otherwise stated. A notice will be posted on the applicable purchase site letting you know what the new price is and what the discount is.
It is possible that the Company will develop and provide Updates from time to time. New features may be included in these updates, as well as upgrades, bug fixes, etc. These updates will be communicated to users through our communication channels. Updates or specific features are not guaranteed by the Company.
Termination
As soon as you download the digital goods, you must comply with the Company’s guidelines.
The digital goods will be deleted from your devices upon the termination of this agreement. The refund policy only applies during the timeframe specified in our Terms and Conditions.
